Accounts Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. The position will require an enthusiastic, and highly motivated person who is willing to learn and be a part of a fast growing and successful company.
Specific Responsibilities:
Processing of sales invoice requests including issue to customers in various countries / currencies
Liaise with internal departments to ensure all required Sales invoices are raised and issued to customers
Aged Debtors analysis & month-end reporting for each country
Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable Ledger to GL
Cash Collection of aged & outstanding debtors
Review of cash receipts and allocation to customer accounts
Maintaining up to date and accurate customer information.
Address queries from customers and internal parties
Review of bank accounts and accurate posting of bank account transactions to the relevant General Ledger accounts.
Completion of multi-currency monthly bank reconciliations
Processing of supplier payments in various countries/currencies
Assistance with auditor’s queries during annual audit
Assist Financial Controller in various areas as required
Other various project and ad hoc tasks as required
Skills / Requirements:
Relevant experience in an account’s assistant role
Ability to work cross functionally and interact with non-finance members of the organization
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Experienced with bank reconciliations.
Proficient with MS Excel / data entry.
Strong team player, able to work on own initiative.
Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously.
Have strong administration skills.
Be experienced with ERP systems, sales invoicing and receipt processing
