IT Field Support Engineer

Due to continued expansion, H&MV Engineering are looking for an IT Field Support Engineer to join our Team. You will provide Technical assistance and will be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues. You will be able to communicate technically with the IT Manager in a clear and concise manner.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Carrying out IT Support and installation work remotely and on-site

• Supporting users over remote locations

• Installing and configuring internet connections

• Training users on software and technology

• Document Technical support tickets and resolutions

• Following procedures and ensuring that controls are in place

• Reporting in a clear and concise timely manner

Skills / Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Good understanding of networking protocols

• Full driving licence required

• Good problem-solving skills

• Experience in office 365 admin

• Excellent troubleshooting skills in Windows OS

• Reliable, punctual and dependable

• Self-driven

• Strong communication skills

• Proactive in solving problems
