PJ began his career with H&MV in 1998 and quickly became a driving force within the company. His time spent in operations and his keen business acumen have provided PJ with the knowledge and skillset to position him as an industry leader.

Displaying a relentless desire to achieve the highest possible standards, PJ empowers those who come in contact with him. PJ’s focus has always been on developing offerings of EPC solutions to major industry users and utilities globally

Chief Financial Officer

David has over 20+ years of senior executive leadership experience at blue-chip, international PLCs and market-leading private companies. As CFO, his responsibilities include managing all elements of the Finance function to support our growth strategy. This is achieved through developing, managing, and controlling the company’s financial performance across multiple sites through effective financial reporting (internal & external), budgeting & forecasting, risk & compliance, and monitoring key performance metrics. Key to achieving our shared goals for David and the team he works with is operating in a culture of teamwork and support for the Business priorities.

Kieran joined H&MV Engineering in 2013 and has been one of the driving forces in promoting the company’s core values and developing systems and policies to meet local and European market needs. As the Chief Commercial Officer, Kieran is responsible for managing multimillion-euro contracts across Europe, South Africa, and India. Kieran has proven himself as passionate leader with a particular focus on commercial talent and skills development initiatives.

Phil joined H&MV Engineering in 2006 and oversees the group’s daily business operations on all projects across all our regions. He has a vast knowledge of all sectors within the business. His vision as Chief Operating Officer is centred on collaboration with all stakeholders and the continuous development of our people through innovative thinking and sustainable solutions.

Having joined H&MV Engineering in 2001, he has harnessed his technical expertise gained as the Asset Management and Quality Director and has become a strategic, leading, driving force in H&MV Engineering’s international growth in the role of Chief Development Officer. Enda is a champion for the company’s continued development and evolvement as we continue to grow in new regions and sectors globally.

Declan leads the European business for the Group and has over 20 years of executive leadership experience within the energy sector. Joining the H&MV Engineering Group through acquisition, Declan brings an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong engineering background, and dynamic business acumen, complemented by a people-focused leadership style. His passion for engineering and decarbonisation drives his vision to build a leading specialist engineering business that enables the energy transition. His strategic leadership and commitment to a culture of excellence continues to shape the next phase of growth for the business. Declan has a degree in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

His vast experience in designing and managing high-voltage substation projects allows him to be a hands-on engineering mentor for the department. Eamon is keenly interested in continual professional development and champions the company’s development programs and industry body affiliations.

David brings over two decades of senior leadership experience across diverse industries including Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Data Center, and Engineering sectors. His impressive track record spans major projects in regions such as Ireland, Europe, the UK, the US, Australia, and Asia. In his role at H&MV, David will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) function. He will implement a comprehensive project lifecycle approach and focus on advancing H&MV’s health and wellbeing culture. His key responsibilities will include driving the company’s commitment to achieving excellence in health, safety, and environmental standards as part of our overarching growth strategy.

As Chief People Officer at H&MV, Joseph will manage all HR operations, emphasizing Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. His role will be crucial in securing the right talent to fuel the company’s growth, support its expansion into new regions, and uphold the positive culture that has been central to H&MV’s success.

Patrick has over 15 years of experience in the high, medium, and low-voltage electrical industries. Patrick joined H&MV in 2018 and brought a wealth of technical knowledge and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects from inception to completion. Patrick has been a driving force in establishing our Engineering hub in the Dublin Region and was quickly promoted to Project Director. Patrick oversees several of our International & Ireland-based mission-critical projects in this role and is a champion for continual professional development for engineering graduates.
